A competition winning proposal for a new 4,645 sq m office building within one of Edinburgh’s conservation areas. Although designed as a speculative office block, its high level of specification, including structural glazing, sandstone cladding and glazed wall climbing lifts, within a raking atrium targeted the headquarters office market.
